I've Made Big Life Moves—But The Hardest Part Was Getting Out of My Own Head.

I’ve changed careers, countries, and my mind—more than once. Each time, I thought "This is it! The fresh start I need!" And then reality hit. The self-doubt. The overthinking. The feeling of "Shouldn’t I have this figured out by now?"
I know what it’s like to be stuck in the loop of second-guessing every decision, waiting to feel “ready,” and overanalyzing every possible outcome.
I’ve lived through the stress of starting over, the pressure of making the “right” choice, and the frustration of feeling like I was getting in my own way.
And what I’ve learned? Pushing harder doesn’t fix it—understanding yourself and knowing what would work for you, does.
That’s why I do this work.
Not because I have all the answers (spoiler: no one does), but because I know firsthand how powerful it is to have the right support, perspective, and tools when you’re stuck in your own head.
What led me here?
I’ve always been obsessed with why people do what they do, what holds them back, and what actually helps them move forward.
That curiosity led me to earn my BA and MA in Psychology—but instead of jumping straight into therapy, I wanted to see human behavior in real-world chaos first.
So, I spent 10+ years in HR, coaching, and career development, helping people navigate change, build confidence, and break through the mental roadblocks keeping them stuck.
Along the way, I realized I loved:
✦ Coaching career changers—helping them get past “What if I fail?” and into “Okay, what’s next?”
✦ Designing soft-skills training—so people could actually handle stress, communicate better, and stop avoiding hard conversations.
✦ Helping people land jobs that fit them—because “I’ll take whatever I can get” isn’t a career strategy.
✦ Working with teams & leaders—turning awkward, tense workplaces into ones where people actually want to show up.
Then, in true can’t-stop-learning fashion, I pivoted into UX design and research. This deepened my understanding of behavioral psychology, problem-solving, and decision-making—which, ironically, made me an even better coach and psychologist.
But through every shift, one thing remained true: I was always drawn to helping people get unstuck.
So I started building this practice. And here we are ✨

My Approach
Insight is great—but action is what changes things. You can read all the self-help books in the world, but if nothing changes in your life, what’s the point? (Don't get me wrong, I read them too!)
We don’t just talk about what’s keeping you stuck—we work on real, practical ways to move forward. No vague “just be more positive” advice. No pressure to become a “morning routine” person if that’s not your vibe.
🛠️ CBT & Coaching
I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coaching techniques, and deeper reflective work, depending on what actually helps you.
We'll challenge unhelpful thought patterns when your mind is working against you, create practical strategies when you need a structured plan, and hold space for reflection when you just need to process and feel heard.
It’s not about forcing a method—it’s about finding what moves you forward.
🪡 No One-Size-Fits-All Approach
Everyone comes in with different needs. Some want practical, structured solutions to take action fast. Others need space to talk, process, and just feel lighter. Most? A mix of both.
That’s why our work is tailored to you—some sessions will be focused and goal-oriented, others will be more open and reflective. Real growth isn’t linear, and your process shouldn’t be forced into a rigid formula.
🛋️ A No-Judgment Zone (Seriously.)
This is your space. You don’t need to impress me, have everything figured out, or pretend you’re fine. Come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
🎈 Growth Without the Self-Help Cringe
Therapy and coaching don’t have to feel like a self-improvement seminar from hell. Some of the best insights come when we stop taking ourselves so seriously. Expect real talk, humor, and a little sarcasm—because sometimes, laughing at how ridiculous our brains can be is half the battle.
🌿 Your Life Isn’t Just Your Career—So Let’s Look at the Full Picture
Everything connects—your work, relationships, self-worth, daily habits. That’s why we don’t just focus on “fixing” one thing. Instead, we look at what actually makes you feel balanced, grounded, and in control of your life.
Is This You?
I work with people who are:
✦ Drowning in overthinking, stress, or self-doubt and want to break the cycle.
✦ Navigating a big life or career change and feeling all kinds of “WTF am I doing?” energy.
✦ Struggling with burnout, work stress, or feeling disconnected from what they do.
✦ Trying to set boundaries, build confidence, or feel more in control of their life.
✦ Looking for more balance, self-acceptance, and clarity—without the pressure to be constantly improving.
If any of this hits home, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Beyond Work
When I’m not helping people untangle their thoughts, here’s what keeps me sane (and makes life more fun).
🌿 Nature keeps me grounded. Hiking, the sea, the mountains—I moved to Catalonia to be closer to it all.
🍳 Cooking is my kind of mindfulness. Trying new flavors, making meals that bring people together—it’s my happy place.
🌍 Travel fuels my curiosity. Southeast Asia has a special place in my heart—the energy, the food, the people. Exploring new cultures reminds me how big the world is.
🪴 Yes, I talk to my plants. Watching them grow is a daily reminder that progress takes time, care, and patience (for them and for us).
🧘🏻♀️ Life should feel fulfilling and freeing—not like an endless to-do list. There’s room for growth and self-acceptance, ambition and rest. And that’s what I help people create.
